Item 5.02. Departure of Directors of Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On December 15, 2017, Dr. Jacqueline Kosecoff delivered notice to our parent company, DJO Global, Inc. (“DJO” or the “Company”), of her retirement and resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) effective December 31, 2017. Dr. Kosecoff’s decision to resign was not due to any disagreement with the Company’s management or Board. As a result of this resignation, the number of directors on the Board of Directors has been reduced to eight directors.
