On May 1, 2018, RPX Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2018. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing these financial results and other information regarding its financial condition is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference.
