On May 10, 2018, Juniper Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the financial results for the three-month period ended March 31, 2018, entitled “Juniper Pharmaceuticals Reports First Quarter 2018 Financial and Operating Results” (the “Press Release”).
