Other Events.

On July 27, 2018, Nationstar Mortgage Holdings Inc. (“Nationstar”) and WMIH Corp. (“WMIH”) issued a press release announcing the preliminary results of the elections made by Nationstar stockholders as to the form of merger consideration they desire to receive in the previously announced merger between Nationstar and a wholly-owned subsidiary of WMIH. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
