Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 18, 2018, Tidelands Royalty Trust “B” issued a press release announcing that a quarterly cash distribution would not be made to unitholders on October 12, 2018. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
