Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On December 20, 2018, Tidelands Royalty Trust “B” issued a press release announcing that a quarterly cash distribution would not be made to unitholders on January 14, 2019. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
