Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 1, 2019, Barbara W. Wall, Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of the Company, ceased to serve as the Interim Chief Operating Officer of Gannett Co., Inc. Ms. Wall will remain with the Company in her capacity as Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer.
