Other Events.

On September 11, 2020, Vivint Solar, Inc. (“Vivint Solar”) and Sunrun Inc. (“Sunrun”) issued a press release announcing that they had received notification of early termination of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended, on September 11, 2020 in connection with the previously announced pending acquisition by Sunrun of Vivant Solar. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
