ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE

On April 1, 2021, CRH Medical Corporation issued a press release announcing that it completed an accretive transaction whereby the Company has acquired a 51% interest in Middle Arkansas Sedation Associates, LLC (“MASA”), a gastroenterology anesthesia practice located in Little Rock, Arkansas. A copy of the press release is being furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
