Other Events.

On July 8, 2021, Gores Holdings V, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company has filed a definitive proxy statement with the SEC in connection with the previously announced proposed business combination with a subsidiary of Ardagh Metal Packaging S.A. (“AMP”) and encouraging the Company’s stockholders to submit their vote in favor of the proposed business combination and the other matters to be voted upon at the Company’s Special Meeting in Lieu of the Company’s 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Special Meeting”) in advance of the Special Meeting. In light of public health concerns regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the Special Meeting will be held via live webcast at https://www.cstproxy.com/goresholdingsv/sm2021, on August 3, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
