Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On August 17, 2021, J. Alexander’s Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing earnings results for the Company and its subsidiaries for its fiscal second quarter ended July 4, 2021. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
