On January 26, 2022, Spirit of Texas Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2021. A copy of the Company’s press release covering such announcement and certain other matters is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
