On July 11, 2022, Citrix Systems, Inc. (“Citrix”) issued a press release in connection with the pending acquisition of Citrix by affiliates of Vista Equity Partners and Evergreen Coast Capital Corporation. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
