Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 8, 2022, the Registrant issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2022 and the declaration of a dividend of $0.11 per share payable on December 30, 2022 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 15, 2022. The text of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
