Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 2, 2023, Sean P. Nolan notified Social Capital Suvretta Holdings Corp. II (the “Company”) of his intent to resign as a director of the Company upon the earlier of the appointment of his successor and July 31, 2023. There are no disagreements between Mr. Nolan and the Company, the Company’s management or the Company’s board of directors on any matters relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
