Other Events

As previously announced, SilverBow Resources, Inc. (“SilverBow”) convened its 2024 annual meeting of shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”) as scheduled at 10:00 a.m., Central Time, on May 21, 2024, and adjourned the Annual Meeting without commencing any business in order to allow additional time for recent developments to be considered by SilverBow’s shareholders. The Annual Meeting will be reconvened at 10:00 a.m., Central Time, on May 29, 2024 at Hotel ZaZa Memorial City, 9787 Katy Freeway Houston, Texas 77024. The record date of March 22, 2024, and the proposals to be voted on at the Annual Meeting remain unchanged. Shareholders who have voted do not need to recast their votes, and proxies previously submitted in respect of the Annual Meeting will be voted at the adjourned meeting unless properly revoked.

SilverBow, its directors and certain of its executive officers and employees are or will be participants in the solicitation of proxies from shareholders in connection with SilverBow’s 2024 Annual Meeting.
