During the ~~Maryland~~effective ~~General~~period ~~Corporation~~of ~~Law.~~the ~~Also~~Standstill ~~on November 2~~Agreement, ~~2021~~Saba, the ~~Board~~Fund ~~approved~~and ~~amending~~the ~~and~~Investment ~~restating~~Advisor agreed to be bound by the ~~bylaws~~terms of ~~the~~such ~~Fund~~agreement, ~~in their~~which ~~entirety~~include ~~(the~~an ~~“Amended~~agreement ~~and~~by ~~Restated~~Saba ~~Bylaws”~~to (1) abide toby ~~classify~~certain ~~the~~customary ~~Board~~standstill covenants, and ~~amend~~(2) vote ~~Article~~its Ishares of common stock, ~~Section 11~~if ofany, ~~the~~in ~~bylaws~~accordance ~~relating~~with tothe recommendation of the ~~election~~Fund’s Board of Directors on all matters submitted to shareholders.
