Other Events.

On February 24, 2025, Entergy Texas, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into an Underwriting Agreement for the sale of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its First Mortgage Bonds, 5.25% Series due April 15, 2035 (the “Bonds”). The sale of the Bonds closed on February 27, 2025. The Bonds were offered pursuant to the Company’s Registration Statement on Form S-3 (File No. 333-266624-02), which became effective upon filing.
