Other Events.

On March 31, 2025, Redwood Mortgage Investors VIII, L.P. (“RMI VIII” or the “Partnership”), made a distribution totaling $4,999,999.62 from available liquidation proceeds to limited partners on a pro rata basis in accordance with the Partnership’s previously disclosed plan of dissolution.
