Other Events.

On June 10, 2025 (the “Closing Date”), the WF Card Issuance Trust issued its Class A(2025-1) Notes.

Credit Risk Retention

On the Closing Date, the Transferor Interest was $3,826,974,835.55 representing approximately 72.89% of the aggregate adjusted outstanding investor ABS interests as of the Closing Date, measured in accordance with the provisions of the U.S. risk retention rules.
