Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 30, 2025, Core Natural Resources, Inc. issued a press release, providing an update on its ongoing efforts to resume longwall operations at its Leer South mine. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
