Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 12, 2025, David Muscatel, a director of the Turtle Beach Corporation (the “Company”), notified the Company of his decision to resign as a director, effective September 30, 2025. Mr. Muscatel’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company or any of its officers or other directors on any matter relating to the operations, policies or practices of the Company.
