Item 5.02

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 17, 2025, Flowserve Corporation (the “Company”) announced that Kirk Wilson, the Company’s President of its Flow Control Division (“FCD”), will step down from this role effective October 13, 2025. Mr. Wilson has agreed to continue his employment with the Company as a senior advisor to help with strategic projects and transition responsibilities until January 9, 2026. Mr. Wilson’s separation constitutes a termination without Cause as defined in the Flowserve Corporation Executive Officer Severance Plan and as a result, he will receive severance payments and benefits under that plan.

The Company also announced that it has appointed Alice DeBiasio, as the Company’s President of FCD, effective October 13, 2025. Ms. DeBiasio has served as the Vice President, General Manager at Carrier Corporation since 2021, where she led multiple business segments, including Truck Trailer Americas, Sensitech and Digital Solutions for the entire Climate Solutions Transportation divisions.
