On September 22, 2025, Ennis, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and six months ended August 31, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.

On September 19, 2025, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 25.0 cents per share on the Company’s common stock. The ordinary dividend is payable on November 7, 2025 to shareholders of record on October 10, 2025.
