On October 1, 2025, Blue Owl Capital Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce that the Company will release its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025 on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 after market close. The Company will hold its earnings webcast / conference call on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
