Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 3, 2025, Global Indemnity Group, LLC (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its subsidiary Penn-America Underwriters, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, is launching its inaugural reinsurance managing general agency in partnership with veteran reinsurance executive George Dragonetti, who will serve as President of the new unit. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
