Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On September 29, 2025, Stephen J. Lattig, Senior Vice President of Retail of the subsidiaries of CrossAmerica Partners LP (the “Partnership”), notified the Partnership of his intention to resign effective October 31, 2025. Mr. Lattig’s decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement with the Partnership’s management or the board of directors.
