Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

On October 6, 2025, Morgan Stanley Direct Lending Fund (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it will report its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025, on Thursday November 6, 2025, after the market closes. The Company will host an earnings call on Friday November 7, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss its financial results. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
