On October 9, 2025, Trinity Capital Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its portfolio activity during the third quarter of 2025 and announcing that it will release its complete third quarter 2025 financial statements on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 and will discuss its financial results on a conference call the same day at 12:00 p.m. ET. A copy of such press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
