On October 22, 2025, UniFirst Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release (“Press Release”) announcing financial results for the fourth quarter and full year of fiscal 2025, which ended on August 30, 2025. A copy of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
