Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On October 23, 2025, Byline Bancorp, Inc., (“Byline" or the "Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

On October 23, 2025, the Company made available on its website a slide presentation regarding the Company’s third quarter 2025 financial results, which will be used as part of a publicly accessible conference call on October 24, 2025. A copy of the slide presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
