Regulation FD Disclosure

On October 23, 2025, The Greenbrier Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press releasing announcing a cash dividend of $0.32 per share. The dividend will be paid on December 3, 2025, to all holders of record of the Company’s common stock as of the close of business on November 12, 2025. A copy of the press release announcing the dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
