Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 22, 2025, Ms. Lauren Young provided notice of her intent to resign from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of CCC Intelligent Solutions Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) no later than December 31, 2025. Ms. Young’s decision to resign from the Board is not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company or the Company’s Board on any matter relating to the operations, policies or practices of the Company.
