On October 28, 2025, Acadia Realty Trust (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its consolidated financial results for the quarter and year-to-date period ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

On the same day, the Company made available supplemental reporting information regarding the financial results, operations and portfolio of the Company as of and for the quarter and year-to-date period ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the supplemental reporting information is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.2 and incorporated herein by reference.
