On October 28, 2025, GBank Financial Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the Company’s press release covering such announcement and certain other matters is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
