On November 3, 2025, Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc., a Florida corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the results of its operations for the three months and nine months ended September 30, 2025 (the “Third Quarter Release”). A copy of the Third Quarter Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated in this Current Report by reference.
