On November 5, 2025, Worthington Enterprises, Inc. (the "Company") issued a news release, a copy of which is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1, announcing that Joseph B. Hayek, the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer, and Colin J. Souza, the Company's Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will present at the Baird 2025 Global Industrial Conference in Chicago on November 13, 2025. The presentation is scheduled to take place at 10:40 a.m. ET. The presentation will be accessible by registering for the live webcast, or for a subsequent replay of the webcast, through the Events & Presentations section of the Company’s website at https://ir.worthingtonenterprises.com.
