Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 12, 2025, Noah Shore informed the board of directors (the “Board”) of Broad Street Realty, Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation as a member of the Board, effective immediately. Mr. Shore’s resignation was not a result of any disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
