Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 14, 2025, Verrica Pharmaceuticals Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025, as well as information regarding a conference call to discuss the financials and business updates. This press release has been furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
