Item 2.02.

Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 18, 2025, Oaktree Specialty Lending Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter and year ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

On November 18, 2025, the Company will host a conference call to discuss its financial results for the fiscal quarter and year ended September 30, 2025. In connection therewith, the Company provided an investor presentation on its website at http://www.oaktreespecialtylending.com. A copy of the investor presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
