Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On December 15, 2025, Aldeyra Therapeutics, Inc. (“Aldeyra” or the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) to announce that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has extended the Prescription Drug User Fee Act (“PDUFA”) date for topical ocular reproxalap, an investigational new drug candidate, for the treatment of signs and symptoms of dry eye disease. The Company is holding a conference call regarding the announcement on December 16, 2025. The Press Release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
