- [F1]On December 15, 2025, BlackRock Corporate High Yield Fund, Inc. (the "Fund") announced the terms of a pro rata offering of transferable subscription rights (the "Rights") to holders of the Fund's common shares as of the record date of January 2, 2026 ("Record Date Shareholders"), entitling the holders of such Rights to subscribe for up to an aggregate of 32,609,596 of the Fund's common shares (the "Rights Offering"). Record Date Shareholders received one Right for each outstanding whole common share held on the record date. The Rights entitle their holders to purchase one new common share for every five Rights held; however, any Record Date Shareholder who owns fewer than five common shares as of the close of business on the Record Date will be entitled to subscribe for one common share. The estimated subscription price per common share is $8.69.
