Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On January 27, 2026 PACCAR Inc (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter of 2025 and announcing that it would hold a conference call with securities analysts to discuss fourth quarter 2025 earnings to be held that same day as more fully described in the press release attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
