On January 29, 2026, the Board of Directors of SmartStop Self Storage REIT, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a dividend for the month of February 2026, which reflects a targeted annualized dividend of $1.60 per share. The dividend has a record date as of the close of business of the last business day of February 2026 and will be payable to stockholders of record as of the monthly record date set forth below:
