On February 9, 2026, Curbline Properties Corp. (the “Company”) issued a quarterly financial supplement containing financial and property information of the Company (the “Quarterly Supplement”) for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2025, which includes a News Release containing financial results of the Company. A copy of the Quarterly Supplement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
