Item 8.01 Other Events

On February 10, 2026, Paycom Software, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors of the Company declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.375 per share of Company common stock. The dividend will be paid on March 23, 2026, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 9, 2026.

A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
