Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 17, 2026, Disc Medicine, Inc. (the "Company") will host a previously-announced conference call at 8:00 AM ET to discuss the Complete Response Letter issued by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration on February 13, 2026 with respect to the Company's New Drug Application for bitopertin as a treatment for patients with erythropoietic protoporphyria. An archived webcast will be available following the call for 30 days on the Events & Presentations section of the Company’s website. A copy of the slide presentation to be presented during the conference call is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
