Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 17, 2026, CNX Resources Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the private offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2034. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

On February 17, 2026, the Company issued a press release announcing the commencement of a cash tender offer for any and all of its outstanding 6.000% senior notes due 2029. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
