Cemex, S.A.B. de C.V. (“Cemex”) (NYSE: CX) announces that, on February 19, 2026, it successfully closed its previously announced offering of $5.5 billion Mexican pesos (approximately US$320 million) of its long-term notes (certificados bursátiles de largo plazo) (the “Notes”). Cemex intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including, but not limited to, debt repayment.
