Item 7.01	Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 18, 2026, FiscalNote Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), hosted a live discussion regarding opportunities in prediction markets. Messrs. Josh Resnik and Can Babaoglu, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Product Officer, were joined by Dr. Laila Mintas and Mr. Randall Boe, the Company’s Strategic Advisors. On February 20, 2026, the Company distributed an e-mail to certain investors recapping the live discussion. The e-mail contained links to a recording of the discussion, together with certain supplemental materials. Copies of the e-mail, a transcript of the discussion and the supplemental materials are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1, 99.2 and 99.3, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
